Supporting Saint Francis of Assisi
The annual buget to run St. Francis is nearly $44,000.00 or about $846.00 every week. This does not include the costs for any exceptional unplenned expenditures; just day-to-day running costs, and routine maintenance programs. Our parish receives no financial support from the National Church and is totally supported by its members and generous donations from non-member friends of the church.
Regular, Responsible Giving
We ask all members of the congregation to keep their giving under review and respond to the needs of the Parish as they are able. This Parish belongs to us all and we each are responsible for its upkeep. Contributing to St. Francis Parish is a very practical, tangible way of showing your commitment to God and to the work of St. Francis.
We are committed to not harass our members with pleas for donations. However, we encourge everyone to recognize they are an important integral part of this Parish community. We ask you to examine your heart and pocketbook and give according to your means with the same spirit of generosity you would give to any other member of your family.
